Return Period: Products can be returned within a period ranging from 3 to 30 days from the date of purchase, depending on the product. Specific return periods for each product will be mentioned in the product description.

Return Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 1 day or same day for some products. If 1 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Process on Return: Refunds will be processed based on the condition of the returned product:
- Full Refund: If the product is received back in its original, undamaged condition.
- Partial Refund or No Refund: If the product is received damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued, or no refund may be given at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return: Returns can be initiated through the Orders section on our website or through our mobile applications. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for selective products.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Returning Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us on the same day with a video of the product and go through our verification process. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per the situation. In some situations partial refund or no refund will be provided.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund.

International Returns: We do not accept international returns, and refunds will not be processed for international orders.

International Returns: Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility:
- Donations made to FiTrees are non-refundable. In the event of an error in donation processing, please contact us immediately for resolution.
- FiTrees will consider refund requests only if there has been an error in the donation amount or if the donation was made fraudulently.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.

Online class/batch refund:
We do not refund amount of online class batches.

Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, sms or whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [FiTrees hello@fitrees.com] and send your item to address provided by us via email, sms or whatsapp.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving a valid refund request, FiTrees will review the request and, if eligible, process the refund within 30 business days.

Certain Partial Refund Situations: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Some items that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Some items that is returned more than 1 day after delivery.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.

Additional non-returnable and non refundable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any online service purchases

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Eligibility:
- Users/Members/Clients/Customers can cancel recurringrecurring/non-recurring subscriptions at any time by contacting us.
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 10 business days before the next scheduled donation date to ensure the cancellation is processed before the next payment is made.

To request the cancellation of a recurring/non-recurring subscription, please contact us with your subscription details and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Process:
Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, FiTrees will process the cancellation within 14 business days. Subsequent subscription will be canceled, and no further charges will be made.
